Founded in October 2020 by protein structure specialist Jaemoon Choi, CALICI has developed Pharmaco-Net®, an AI-powered SaaS platform for drug candidate discovery. The platform integrates multiple AI models to support early-stage drug development, protein structure analysis, candidate optimization, and compound supply.

Pharmaco-Net® enables rapid library screening, continuous AI model improvement through user-driven validation, and efficient identification of novel compounds. CALICI has partnered with biotech companies such as Curebus for joint drug development, Pharmacodia for proprietary data generation, and Enamine for compound supply and development of new drugs and functional materials.
